Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Rabtello's website, applications, and APIs, operated by Syntorium FZE LLC (Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates). By signing up or using Rabtello, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. The service

Rabtello provides a customer-conversation platform built on the WhatsApp Cloud API, including a shared inbox, ticketing, flow studio, broadcasts, integrations, and a developer REST API. Our service is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, which you are responsible for following.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your credentials, and the actions of users you invite. You must be 18 or older and acting on behalf of a legitimate business.

3. Acceptable use

  • No spam, unsolicited marketing, or messages outside Meta's policies.
  • No collection of WhatsApp identifiers without user consent.
  • No use of the service for fraud, harassment, or unlawful activity.

4. Fees and billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. WhatsApp per-conversation costs are passed through at Meta's published rates. Taxes are added where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data your team and customers send through Rabtello. We process it as your data processor, in line with our Privacy policy and, where required, a data processing agreement available on request.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms (including the acceptable-use rules above) or Meta's WhatsApp Business policies. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
