Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Rabtello (a product of Syntorium FZE LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates) collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to our website, web and mobile applications, and the WhatsApp Cloud API services we provide on behalf of business customers.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you sign up, configure your account, or contact us — such as your name, business email, company, phone number, and billing details. Our applications also store the WhatsApp messages, contacts, and metadata that flow through your account, on your behalf, so your team can manage customer conversations.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the service, secure your account, deliver your messages via the WhatsApp Cloud API, generate analytics, support you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

  • With Meta Platforms, Inc. — to deliver and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf.
  • With infrastructure subprocessors (cloud hosting, observability, payments) — the current list is available on request.
  • When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UAE PDPL, KSA PDPL, Pakistan PDPB, CCPA, etc.), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Email privacy@rabtello.com, or follow our step-by-step data deletion instructions.

5. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logs, with ongoing security reviews as the platform develops. We are aligning our controls with ISO 27001, with SOC 2 Type II planned.

6. Retention

We retain account and message data for the duration of the subscription and a recovery window thereafter, after which data is deleted or anonymised. Specific retention periods are available on request.
