Data deletion

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from Rabtello (operated by Syntorium FZE LLC, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates). It covers both Rabtello account holders and people whose WhatsApp conversations are processed through our platform, and serves as our data deletion instructions for the Meta platform.

1. If you have a Rabtello account

Email privacy@rabtello.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want specific data removed or your entire account and workspace deleted. We will verify the request, process it within 30 days, and send you written confirmation.

2. If you messaged a business that uses Rabtello

Businesses using Rabtello are the controllers of their customer conversations; we process that data on their behalf. Direct your request to the business you messaged — they can delete your conversation history and contact record from their Rabtello workspace. If you cannot reach the business, email privacy@rabtello.com with the business name and the phone number you wrote from, and we will forward your request and confirm the outcome.

3. What gets deleted

Deletion covers profile and account details, WhatsApp messages, contacts, and media stored by Rabtello, and any analytics derived from them. Copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days of the deletion being processed.

4. What we may retain

We may keep records we are legally required to hold — such as invoices, billing records, and security logs — for the statutory retention period, after which they are deleted or anonymised. See our Privacy policy for details on retention.
